Abstract
Since 1994, Li Yuan Chun has brought Yu drama's hot wave to the whole China. In contrast to many local drama's declination, Li Yuan Chun is a model which can successfully inherit and develop folk culture. Based on field work and in-depth interviews, this aiticle use Sociology to analyse Li Yuan Chun phenomenon and try to offer some new thinking on transition of today's folk culture.
