Analysis on 102 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation Patients Comfortable Nursing

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of comfortable nursing in patients treated in this hospital from 2011 February to 2012 April prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method 102 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients in this hospital from 2011 February to 2012 April were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group,51 patients each group.Patients in the observation group received comfort nursing care,the control patients received conventional care.After two groups of patients recovery rate,the satisfaction degree of patients were compared statistically analysis.Result The patients in the observation group and the recovery rate was higher,with a higher patient satisfaction,patients in the psychological,physical comfort and satisfaction was stronger than that of the control group.Conclusion Nursing process should be the main methods of nursing care in the comfortable nursing of lumbar disc herniation patients undergoing operation,in order to improve the recovery rate and satisfaction of patients with better.This treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
