Research of Processing Flowsheet on a Copper Ore in Xinjiang

Abstract

A copper ore in Xinjiang contains 0.52% Cu and 1.62% S.A flowsheet of selective flotation using AP as collector obtains Cu concentrate with grade of 24.41% and recovery of 90.04%.And a flowsheet of bulk flotation with BK404 as the collector obtains copper concentrate with grade of 24.59% and recovery of 91.28%.A comparison analysis and study on the two processing flowsheets have been conducted.
