Abstract

Study on a low grade sulphide copper ore was carried out.The process flowsheet for ore flotation is determined based on the results of condition of flotation test.using the flowsheet consists of primary grinding followed by faster flotation of Cu,Cu-S bulk flotation followed by reginding and Cu-S separation,we has obtained the copper concentrate grade 31.17% with recovery of 93.53%,and the sulfur concentrate grade 43.2g/t with recovery of 44.31%.The results show that using this beneficiary technology to trate the low grade copper ore is effectional.
