Abstract
This study detected the effective concentrations of 5-fliorouracil and treatment time to induce the apoptosis of the MCF-7 cells and the Hela cells in vitro culture in order to understand the mechanism of anti-tumor medicine 5-fluorouracil.the cell apoptosis rate was counted by Leukostat staining. The DNA fragments of the apoptosis cells was analyzed by means of agarose electrophoresis. The results suggested that after MCF-7 and Hela cells were treated with 10~20mmol/L of 5-Fu for 24 h,the characteristic phenomenon of apoptosis was induced.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
