Post-stroke Depression Treated with Chaigui Wendan Decoction

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of Chaigui Wandan Decoction treating post-stroke depression.[Method] Randomly divide 54 cases into control group and treatment group,n=27 for each.The control one took fluoxetine hydrochloride on the base of routine therapy;the treatment one took Chaigui Weandan Decoction.Comparatively analyse both total effective rates,Hamilton's Depression Scale scores,clinical nerve function lack degree and side effects.[Result] At 6w after treatment,the treatment group had total effective rate 88.9%,more than control group 66.7%,and the difference had statistical significance;on Hamilton's Depression Scale score and clinical nerve function lack degree,the treatment group was much better than control one too,with statistical significance;but they had no statistical significance on side effects.[Conclusion] Chaigui Wendan Decoction had good cure effect on post-stroke depression,and could be promoted in clinic greatly.
