Efficacy of Chaigui Wendan Decoction in Treatment of Depression after Stroke

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinic efficacy of Chaigui Wendan Decoction in the treatment of depression after stroke.Methods: The patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by Chaigui Wendan Decotion under the conventional treatment,while the control group added Fluoxetine.Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in HAMD and the NIHSS scale score(P0.05).Conclusion: Chaigui Wendan Decoction has a better efficacy in the treatment of depression after stroke,and it will promote the neural recovery after stroke.
