Abstract
Aim: To observe the influence of defibrase on the cerebral infaction volume of brain ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods: Using the model of rat ischemra reperfusion, the influence of the cerebral infaction volume at various time points after defibrase treatment were observed. Results: The infaction volume significantly decreaced in fibrinolytic groups when reperfusing 6 h and 24 h after ischemra 3 h compared with the saline control group. While there was no significant difference between the defibrase groups and the saline control group when reperfusion 3 h after ischemra 3 h and reperfusion 3 h,6 h and 24 h after ischemia 6 h . Conclusion: The defibrase can decreace the cerebral ischemra volume, expend therapeutic window of brain infarction and have protective effect on the brain tissue.
