Influence of nursing intervention measures on life quality of diabetes patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention measures on life quality of diabetes patients.Methods:The clinical data of ninety-seven diabetes patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2012 were collected,then they were divided into group A and group B according to whether they experienced nursing intervention measures under the guide of the continuity care mode or not.Group A were given conventional diabetes nursing measures while group B were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the continuity care mode,the life quality of diabetes patients of two groups were compared.Results:The life quality of diabetes patients of two groups were improved,but the quality of life index of group B were obviously better than that in group A(P0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the continuity care mode can improve the life quality and prognosis of patients.
