Clinical nursing path on the psychological and quality of life of patients with diabetes

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical care path on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with diabetes.Methods: 104 cases of hospital patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group have 52 cases,control group patients treated with conventional nursing,the experimental group were treated with the clinical nursing path,between the two groups of patient nursing intervention in the psychological status and quality of life of 10 days.Results:Experimental group of patients with anxiety,depression decreased,improve the quality of life,health education,nursing satisfaction qualified rate and length of hospital stay is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical nursing path to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients,it is worth application in nursing work.
