Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention to life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 86 cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group,patients in control group were given conventional nursing care,on the basis patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,used quality of life scale(SF-36) to evaluate patients' quality of life in two groups.Results After the comprehensive nursing intervention the quality of life of patients in observation group improved better than that in control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Taking comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with chronic heart failure can improve patients' quality of life as well as physical and mental health,and improve the patients compliance.
