Abstract
The murine interleukin-3(IL-3) is an important immunoregulatory factor that can be used as the immunological adjuvant in mouse model. In this paper, the murine IL-3 gene is cloned into eukaryotic expression plasmid pCDNA 3 exactly by identification of recombinant and sequencing. The positive clone named as pCDNA 3IL-3. This plasmid was transformed into E.coli which was cultured overnight, then the plasmid was substracted as well as purificated largely, and the purification and concentration was examined with spectraphotometer.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
