Abstract
In the process of founding the capital of Luoyang,the Eastern Han Dynasty fully used and reconstructing the natural environment around Luoyang.In the process of construction the terrain,the soil and water resources,forest resources etc.was fully considered.The construction of positive ditch,garden,mountain pass and rode were the major projects in reconstructing the environment around Luoyang.The reconstruction of Luoyang in the Eastern Han Dynasty facilitated the prosperity of the city but had the certain destructive effect.
