Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Mosapride in Treating Reflux Esophagitis

Abstract

To observe the curative effect and safety of mosapride in treating reflux Esophagitis. 60 patients of the case group were treated with mosapride for 28 days, 3 times a day before meal and sleep with a dose of 5~10 mg orally, the result was compared with that of the control group treated with metoclopramide. Mosapride could effectively control various symptoms of reflux esophagitis with no obvious side effects. The difference was significant compared with the control group(P0.01). [Conclusion] Mosapride is effective and reliable in treating reflux esophagitis.
