Abstract
The process of extracting chlorogenic acid from sunflower seed with AOT/isooctane reverse micelle system was studied.Protein was not extracted by controllingW0(molar ratio of water to surfactant). When theW0 was 4.6,the effects of factors on the chlorogenic acid yield efficiency were investigated. The optimum conditions with AOT/isooctane were as follows:mass concentration of AOT 0.08 g/mL,raw material amount 0.05 g per millilitre reverse micelle solution, extraction temperature 45℃,pH 7.0,KCl concentration 0.1 mol/L,extraction time 60 min.Under these conditions, the extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid was 27.39%.
