Abstract

The urban community education in Shanxi province is still in its early stages, so there are some problems in such respects as education idea, administrative system, guarantee of policy and law. In order to develop the urban community education in Shanxi province, we must follow the guideline of sustainable development, adhere to the principles of opening up, entirety, development and reality, take seven measures of guarantee.
