Abstract

The urban community education in Xianyang city is still in its early stages,so there are some problems in such respects as education idea,administrative system,guarantee of policy and law.In order to develop the urban community education in Xianyang city,we must follow the guideline of sustainable development,adhere to the principles of opening up,development and reality,and take several measures of guarantee.
