Abstract
Extraction of total flavonoids from grape residues by supersonic method were discussed. The quantity of total flavonoids extracted was determined.Optimum conditions of extraction were determined by orthogonal method: the ratio of material over solvent is 1∶40 using 95% ethanol as solvent, and the extracting time is about 90min at the temperature of 60℃ by 2 times. The content of total flavonoids was up to 78.12mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
