Abstract
Extraction of total flavonoids from grape residues by ethanol reflux method was discussed. The quantity of total flavonoids extracted was determined.Optimum extraction conditions determined by orthogonal method were solvent 80% ethanol, duration 105 min, temperature 65 ℃,ratio of material to solvent of 1:50,and operation 2 times and the content of total flavonoids was up to 54.42 mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
