Measures for Dealing with the Situation of Mineral Resources in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract

Although Heilongjiang is rich in mineral resources,the percapita quantity of possession is less and the marketization of mineral resources prospecting is low.There are a lot of problems that need urgently to be resolved.The paper points out that in order to meet the need of growth in the national economy of the whole province,Heilongjiang province should establish mineral resources economic zone and fully utilize both domestic and international capital, markets and resources according to the situation of mineral resources in Heilongjiang.
