Abstract

This paper analyzes the present condition of the mineral resources in Heilongjiang province,indicates the problems that exist in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.On the basis of demonstration,from the viewpoint of technology,economy,society and environment,the author points out the sustainable development of resources and environment should be insisted on developing and utilizing mineral resources soundly.The program of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources and the strategic countermeasures are put forward in this paper.
