Abstract
With the increasing pressure by the competition of the financial market,the traditional funding has not satisfied the need of the investors.Loan security can help the fund owners to shift the funds into the creditors,which many social funding problems can be well solved.Whether this form can be perfected in our financial market can improve our economic construction and some realistic problems existed in the funding system can be solved as well.
