Study on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Loan Financing in Central University

Loans are important ways to raise funds in Chinese universities. At present,with the trends of expansion,the number of students soaring and the loan scale showing a rapid increase in momentum,the loan growth in central university has been far outpaced the university income growth. Some important reasons for loan financing in central university can be the government policy guidance,improving the flow of funds to expand the business space in banks and the want to get rid of financial difficulties after the big expansion. Therefore,the author suggests that universities should conduct the scientific assessment of the financial situation,build a stable financial operation mechanism,and make sure of the diversity and stability of its funding sources,the amount of capital adequacy and the efficiency of usage,so as to realize the financial security.
