Abstract
The mycelial growth condition of Ch10 strain, apathogenic fungus of leaf spot disease in H.plantaginea, was analyzed by mycelial growth rate and liquid shaking culture methods to study the biological characteristics of Cercospora fungus. The results showed that temperature,pH,medium, different carbon and nitrogen sources have the significant effect on mycelial growth of Ch10 strain, and the optimum temperature,pH,carbon and nitrogen sources are 25℃,6,lactose,maltose,yeast extract and potassium nitrate. The mycelial growth of Ch10 strain cultured on MEA medium is slightly faster than other media but its maximum colony diameter is only 2.37 cm after 21 dculture, and the mycelium forms conidia rarely.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
