Abstract
The research results showed that the temperature for the mycelial growth was from 12℃ to 30℃,with the optimum of 25℃;the pH value for the mycelial growth was 1-12,with the optimum of pH 7;continuous illumination and alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours were found to be conducive to the mycelial growth;mycelial growth was the fastest on the media using soluble starch,maltose and glycerol as carbon source;mycelial growth was the fastest on the media using yeast extract,beef extract,peptone,potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate as nitrogen sources.
