Abstract

Purpose To explore the effect of N-Cu on mice implanted intraperitoneally with H22 ascites tumor cells. Methods 90 female Kunming mice were divided randomly into six groups:group 1,normal saline, group 2,emulsion,group 3,cisplatin(DDP 1.0 mg/kg),group 4,low-dose N-Cu(0.2 mg/mL),group 5,middle-dose N-Cu(0.4 mg/mL) and group 6,high-dose N-Cu(0.8 mg/mL).In all groups were established experimental H22 ascites tumor cell lines models. And 24 hours later intraperitoneal infusion of 0.2 mL/10 g medicine was given to each mouse once a day for 7 days.At the same time, animation, body weight and abdominal circumference were observed.24 hours after the end of the treatment, five mice of each group were executed and examined differently.Others was observed the surviva1 time. Results Cisplatin and various concentration of N-Cu obviously inhibited the production of ascites and prolonged the survival period of tumor-loading mice.Comparison of above groups with group 1 showed a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion N-Cu could inhibit or eradicate production of ascites and prolong the survival period of mice that suffered from malignant ascites.
