Reflections on the Innovation of College Personnel File Management Model

With the development and deepening of the higher education and teaching and personnel management reform,college personnel files also have a new meaning,the old university personnel file management mode and method have been unable to meet development requirements of the times.New situation has put forward new and higher requirements for university personnel file management,the development and utilization of file information resources and the quality of the personnel file workers.This article explores the new models and means of the management of personnel files in the current situation to better the services for the scientific research and teaching of colleges and universities.
