The personnel file,as an important aspect of file management,relatively lags in the reform of file management.Personnel file management at private colleges is of great significance in establishing scientific and reasonable systems of personnel mechanism.Traditional file management has failed to keep pace with the times'development.The article briefly illustrates the significance of doing the administrative work on college personnel archives well and specifically analyzed the problems existing in the administration work.Furthermore,Personnel file management at colleges will need to be developed innovatively in informatization construction,contents,exploration and exploitation.
