Abstract
The optimal condition of solid state fermentation for Trichoderma koningii REMI Mutant to produce cellulase was studied. The results based on orthogonal experiment showed that the components of the optimal solid culture medium followed the following ratio of matter : rice straw to bran (9:1);solid materials to water (1:1);1% (NH4)2SO4 , and 0.1% Tween-20. Moreover, the single- factor fermentation experiment on the mutant for improving cellulase activity indicated that the optimal culture condition should be : inoculum volume (5%~7.5%);temperature, 30 ℃;incubation time, 96 h;pH value, neutral pH value. And under these conditions, the FPA and carboxyl methyl cellulase activity of T. koningii REMI mutant reached 6.097 IU/g and 8.123 IU/g respectively
