Abstract
Cellulase and Xylanase was produced under solid state fermentation by Trichoderma koningii QF-02 using rice straw and wheat bran as main substrate.A series of factors affecting on the synthesis of enzymes were investigated and then the optimal culture condition was set as follows: straw to bran ratio of 3∶2(w/w),solid materials to Mandels nutritive solution ratio of 1∶1.5(w/v),initial pH at 5.5 and cultivation for 120 h at 28.5℃.Under the optimal culture condition, the enzymatic activity of filter paper cellulase,β-glucosidase and xylanase were 13.1 IU/g of dried substrate,12.2 IU/g of dried substrate and 994.7 IU/g of dried substrate, respectively.
