Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of Herpers Genitalis:A Observation of 32 Cases

Objective To explore traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon therapy efficacy genital herpes. Methods Ninty-five patients were divided into three groups according to treatment order,32 cases of treatment group,31 cases of control group 1,32 cases of control group 2. Treatment group for three weeks of oral medicine,control group 1 for three of oral acyclovir. Two in the treatment effect of three million IU intramuscular injection of interferon at the same time,twice a week,a total of 10,control group 2 for three of oral acyclovir,all group follow-up six months after stopping. Results Treatment group,the cure rate is 62.5% effective rate was 87.5%;control group 1,the cure rate is 38.7% effective rate was 58.1%,control group 2,the cure rate is 28.1% effective rate was 43.7%. Clinical efficacy in the treatment of genital herpes combination of western medicine have higher efficiency(P0.05),no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Western and Chinese medicine treatment of genital herpes effect of the joint.
