Abstract

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pharyngitis clinical curative effect.Methods 68 cases of the control group by oral administration of Western medicine treatment,the treatment group76 cases in the control group on the basis of oral Chinese medicine decoction treatment.The 2 groups were2 weeks for1 courses,3 courses of treatment,and follow-up of 3months after the statistical analysis of the curative effect.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was68.4%,total effective rate was 97.4%;the control group the cure rate was 35.2%,the total efficiency of 70.5%.The 2group cure rate,the total efficiency was significant difference(p0.01).6 months after the recurrence rate was 11.8% in treatment group,29.4% in control group,2groups have significant difference(p0.01).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic pharyngitis effect is remarkable,and the recurrence rate is low.
