Clinical Study on the Effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection Combined with Batroxobin on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection combined with batroxobin(DF-521) for acute cerebral infarction. Methods:One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups.Therapy group(50 cases) were given Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection combined with batroxobin.Control group(50 cases) were given batroxobin.The effect were evaluated by index of NIHSS before therapy and 7days、14 days after treatment,respectively.At the same time inspected the side-effect. Results:There were significant differences between the two groups on index of NIHSS.The total efficiency rate were 82% and 70%,respectively(P0.05). Conclusions:Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine for Injection combined with batroxobin is effective and safe on acute cerebral infarction.
