Curative effects observation of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To observe the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:86 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two group,43 cases of control group received Chinese traditional and Western medicine + Compound Salvia Injection 20 ml intravenous drip,one time a day.43 cases of therapy group received Chinese traditional and Western medicine + Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection 10 ml intravenous drip,one time a day.Results:In the therapy group,32 cases were basic cured,7 cases were notable progressive,3 cases were progressive,1 case was nothing changed;in the control group,19 cases were basic cured.12 cases were notable progressive,5 cases were progressive,6 cases were nothing changed,1 case was dead.The two groups were compared,the neurological deficit scores of therapy group significantly improved(P0.05).Conclusion:Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has notable curative effect.
