Clinical observation of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:98 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group(n=49) and the control group(n=49).The observation group was given salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine combined with edaravone injection,while the control group received salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection.The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed and compared after one course of treatment(14 days).Results:The neurologic deficit score of the observation group was(12.34±8.14) after the treatment,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.72±10.23).There was statistical difference of the score between two groups(P0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than 75.51% of the control group,the difference was of statistically significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can protect brain cells,and effectively improve the neurological deficits.
