Abstract

Objective To obsserve the curative effect and safety of Gatifloxacin sodium injection on non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods There 162 patients with Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) were treated with Gatiflozacin with a dose of 400mg/day for a course of 14 days. Results There 69.1% of the patients were cured with a total effective rate of 84.0%.The clearance rates of CT and UU were 83.5% and 84.6%.The adverse reaction rate was 4.9%. Conclusion Gatifloxacin is effectve and safe for treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis.
