A Survey on the Current Situation of Sports Consumption of Urban and Rural Residents in Eeast Guangdong Region

Using the methods of literature survey,questionnaire,expert interviews,and data statistics,this essay makes a survey on sports consumption of urban and rural residents in east Guangdong region.It shows that fewer people spend leisure time on sports,and the consumption level is low and the pattern of consumption is not reasonable.The sports items are mainly swimming and ball games,owing to the relatively weak economy and lack of facilities.So,the following are suggested:developing the economy of east Guangdong region;strengthening the building of facilities, propagating the function of sports,raising the residents consumption awareness of sports, leading the residents in the region to invest more on sport consumption.
