Abstract

52 germplasm resources of onion were analyzed by RAPD.28 better 10 bp primers which were selected from 150 primers were amplified.80.3% bands were polymorphic.52 resources were divided into 2 and 5 groups at the level of the genetic distance of 0.150 and 0.132,respectively.There was a certain correlation with the ecotype classification and economical character classification based mainly on the yield and maturity.
