Abstract

The relative relationship of different types of pepper germplasm resources in various ecology environment is studied by RAPD technology.Polymorphics is reflected in 88.68% of amplified bands from 9 random primers selected from 160 employed in this experiment.46 pepper germplasm resources can be classified into 6 groups by cluster analysis and the relative relationship by RAPD technology is similar to traditional methods.
