Abstract

In the process of establishing and improving the rural social security system,the government's duty are as follow: establish the basic principles in the social security system establishment,play an powerful role in organizing and leading,make laws to ensure the rural social security system establishment,provide necessary support in policy and finance;enhance the supervision on social security system establishment.
