Study on Government's Duty in the Construction of Chinese Social Security System

Government plays a vital role in modern social security system.To optimize social security system we need to re-definite government's responsibility and hold government's responsibility on the dominant position.We must take the realization of social equality and justice as our goal,implement the principle of parallel position of right and duty,and try to make the system serve all the people in our country,which is the necessary requirement to implement the view of scientific development that focuses on human orientation,and to establish a harmonious society.
