Clinical curative effect of Tanreqing inyection in treatment of infantile pneumonia

ObjectiveTo analyze clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods120 infantile pneumonia patients had diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=60), the two groups with western medicine anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment, observation group plus Tanreqing injection treatment, observation of two groups of children with disease improvement and has no adverse drug reaction.ResultsThe observation group was better than the control group in clinical symptoms, signs of remission time. The hospitalization time and drug adverse reaction, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%(56/60), control group 75%(45/60), there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05). ConclusionTanreqing injection is effective and safe drug in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.
