Abstract
The legal system of education is inseparable from student management of colleges and universities,which is demonstrated in three aspects: the legal relationship between universities and students is the basis of student management of colleges and universities,the mature legal system of education is the prerequisite of student management by law,and teaching by law is the key of student management by law.
