Abstract
The legal responsibility between college students and colleges and universities should be based on legal relationship,so there areguarding relations,quasi-administrative relations,education contractual relations,education management relations, from the angles of fairness and reasonableness to evaluate,the legal relationship between college students and colleges and universities should be education and management relations.
