Abstract

The education of legal system is inseparable in the construction of education system. The higher education in China in the new era starts to attach importance to spreading knowledge on law to students. Many colleges and u-niversities have had the course of elementary knowledge on law. This is helpful to develop the students' awareness of law. It is more demanding for the schools to carry out the education of law to the to-be-teacher students because of the specific characteristics of teaching profession.
