Abstract
In new century,international and civil competition become intense gradually,and demand for talent cultivation is more strict. As builders and successors of new century,undergradulated students must have law consciousuess and legal system conception as well as special knowledge,so that they can win others in intense competition.colleges and universities should adopt necessary measure to strengthen management and improve legal system education level of students.
