Improving the effectiveness of the legal education in higher education institutions must be achieved by building a scientific and legal education mechanism.The scientific mechanism of legal education in universities and colleges includes a sound implementing and security mechanism,a content innovative mechanism and a coordinating mechanism.Only by doing so,can we realize a positive interaction of legal education in policies,institutes,content,methods and administration modes,improve the students' civic awareness and legal quality,establish and develop an education system and atmosphere compatible with the demands of socialist qualified personnel and finally make the students become practitioners and role models of knowing,abiding and maintain law.
