Abstract

Trichoderma as a famous biocontrol agent can antagonize pathogenic fungi,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum by competinase, mycoparasitism, antibiosis and producing enzymes to hydrolysis of cell wall of the pathogen.Pot experiment in greenhouse indicated that Trichoderma showed efficiency to control Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum.
