Abstract
Antagonistic antinomycetes against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum were screened with plate cultivation and inhibition zone method. The results indicated that PM-1 could inhibite the development of 14 pathogens.effectiveness on Alternaria solani,Fusarium graminearum,Rhizoctonia cerealis,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum and Verticillium dahliae by the inhibitory strip with a width of 20 mm.The suppressing rate of 88% to the mycelia growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum were presented by it's germfree ferment filtrate diluted by 5 or 10 times. The phenomena of deformation of hyphal growth, vesicles, swelling were observed.PM-1 was applying for the biocontrol of the disease with broad-spectrum antifungi.
