Abstract

A good Trichoderma isolate T55 is isolated and screened by dual-culture,antagonistic test and tolerate test. The isolate T55 strongly antagonized Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum,had 80.16 % antagonistice spectrum and could grow well under pH=4,9 and 10 as well as at 5,10 and 35 ℃.
